Elmocast 101 removed

The sound issues with elmocast 101 were really bad and some listeners said it was too much. I have removed it.

I had a mic cable go out and had to try counter act that with the sound settings, which obviously did not work. I have since purchased a new mic cable and that has fixed the problem , so future shows will sound clear again. Theoretically. :)
